We use your details only to handle your booking, to let the hotel prepare for your stay and — if you agree — to send you offers.

Card details are entered in our payment provider’s secure form (Stripe) and are never seen or stored by Bleisurehub.

You can update your profile or sign out of all devices in My account at any time.

We use first-party cookies only. Necessary ones keep you signed in and secure, remember your language and an invitation from a friend. With your consent (Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page): analytics - an anonymous number to keep the same version of the site while we test improvements (one year) and the steps of your visit without personal details (kept 90 days); marketing - the campaign link that brought you, to credit a booking to it (30 days). There are no advertising cookies. Your choice is kept for 6 months; browsers that send Global Privacy Control get neither analytics nor marketing.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, we keep your number, the step of the chat and the hotel and dates you chose for 30 days after your last message, to answer you and to show your upcoming bookings. Your details and payment are never asked for in the chat. Send STOP to receive no more messages from us there.
