Our prices are the hotels' own best rates. If you still find the same stay for less on another website after booking with Bleisurehub, we refund the difference.

Book your stay on our website or app.
- 2. Claim
Found it cheaper? Open the booking in My trips and choose Found it cheaper?, until the day before arrival.
- 3. We check
Our team checks the other offer and answers by e-mail within 24 hours.
- 4. You save
We refund the difference to your card, or the hotel deducts it from your bill.
Conditions
- The same hotel, room type, dates, number of guests, meals and cancellation and payment terms.
- Publicly bookable by anyone on another website at the time of the claim (we check the link).
- The whole stay is cheaper, comparing totals with taxes and fees, converted to your booking's currency.
- Claimed from your confirmed booking until the day before arrival.
- One approved claim per booking; we refund the difference between the two totals.
- Bookings made on our website or app, signed in to your account.
Not covered
- Member, loyalty, corporate, government or group rates and rates behind a sign-in or a code.
- Packages with flights, cars or other services, and opaque offers that hide the hotel until payment.
- Prices on auction or last-minute app-only sites, or offers that cannot actually be booked.
- Differences caused by exchange rates or by your card provider's fees.
- Bookings already changed to the lower price, or booked through a Travel Agent.
We may correct an obvious error in a price. Our decision is sent by e-mail with the reason; it does not affect your other rights.
