Gift voucher terms
- Vouchers are bought by signed-in guests and paid online. The code is e-mailed only to the recipient.
- A voucher pays all or part of an upcoming booking at participating hotels; the amount is converted to the booking's currency at the day's rate. What is left stays on the voucher.
- A voucher is valid for 36 months from the day it is sent. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Keep the code safe: whoever has it can use the voucher. If the e-mail is lost, contact us - we send a new code and the old one stops working.
- If a booking paid with a voucher is refunded, the amount goes back onto the voucher.
- An unused voucher can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of purchase - contact Bleisurehub Customer Support.
