Cancellation policy

Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown next to the price, in the booking summary and on your confirmation.

Flexible rates can usually be cancelled free of charge until a deadline before arrival; after that a fee applies. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.

You can cancel online in My trips. The exact fee and refund are calculated live and shown before you confirm.
